Professionally TrainedCarpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Merseyside and West Lancashire
Our technicians always perform cleaning jobs to the best of their abilities, knowledge and experience and we consistently train them to adhere to a very high service standard.
We also attend a variety of training courses hosted by the leading training providers for their respective service to further our knowledge of carpet and upholstery cleaning and maintenance.
We are firm believers in the fact that in order to continually provide the best service possible, we must stay in tune with the latest industry happenings and developments – and therefore, work hard to expand our knowledge and innovate in terms of both cleaning methods as well as service standards.
In fact, here’s a quick look at the service standards we’ve attained over the years, along with some of the certificates from training courses we’ve attended in order to uphold those standards:
How Our Process Works
After setting up an appointment with you, our technician will come to your residence or place of business and conduct a survey. This helps them determine the best course of action for your carpet and/or upholstery cleaning needs.
During the survey, a series of tests are carried out so that the fibre content and carpet construction type can be determined. Using this information, our technician will determine the best and safest method for cleaning your valuable carpets and upholstery – one which yields long-term results and ensures that the lifespan of your items is not cut short in any way.
Among the cleaning methods we employ is hot-water extraction – commonly referred to as steam cleaning. This cleaning method entails multiple steps which must be faithfully followed to obtain the best results.
